针对精细化工产品批量小、品种多的特点,从设计角度对精细有机合成装置较为深入的探讨,在一套合成装置中建立多个基本单元装置,通过硬、软管连接和阀门切换等方式,进行设备与设备之间的组合,既要增加单个基本单元装置的功能性、适应性,又要减少整套流程装置中的设备个数、提高设备利用率,充分保证整套合成装置的多功能性、实用性和经济性。

According to the characteristics of the fine organic product who had more sorts and little quantity,the design of multifunctional appliance in the fine organic synthesis was disscussed.There were many basis unit device in the synthetical appliance,which combined though the joint of sold or soft pipe,the change of valve,the basis unit device to improve function of adaptadility and equipment performance.The multifunctional appliance reduce the number of device,the multifunctional appliance were full guarantee their multi functionality,practicability and economical efficiency.
