目的:探讨谷氨酸性突触相关兴奋性递质在神经中枢系统催眠及痛觉中的作用机制。方法采用氟氏助剂建立催眠、镇痛大鼠模型,采用Weatern bloting测定NMDA受体及AMPA受体在模型组大鼠谷氨酸性突触中的表达情况。结果与对照组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠AMPA受体蛋白表达量显著上升高,NMDA受体水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟氏助剂催眠可作用于谷氨酸性突触中 NMDA受体及AMPA 受体,抑制神经受体兴奋性,从而起到镇痛、催眠的作用。
目的:探討穀氨痠性突觸相關興奮性遞質在神經中樞繫統催眠及痛覺中的作用機製。方法採用氟氏助劑建立催眠、鎮痛大鼠模型,採用Weatern bloting測定NMDA受體及AMPA受體在模型組大鼠穀氨痠性突觸中的錶達情況。結果與對照組大鼠相比,模型組大鼠AMPA受體蛋白錶達量顯著上升高,NMDA受體水平顯著下降,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論氟氏助劑催眠可作用于穀氨痠性突觸中 NMDA受體及AMPA 受體,抑製神經受體興奮性,從而起到鎮痛、催眠的作用。
목적:탐토곡안산성돌촉상관흥강성체질재신경중추계통최면급통각중적작용궤제。방법채용불씨조제건립최면、진통대서모형,채용Weatern bloting측정NMDA수체급AMPA수체재모형조대서곡안산성돌촉중적표체정황。결과여대조조대서상비,모형조대서AMPA수체단백표체량현저상승고,NMDA수체수평현저하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론불씨조제최면가작용우곡안산성돌촉중 NMDA수체급AMPA 수체,억제신경수체흥강성,종이기도진통、최면적작용。
Objective To investigate the correlation excitatory postsynaptic glutamate neurotransmitter in the central nervous system of hypnosis and pain mecha-nisms.Methods Freund's aid to build hypnotic,analgesic rats,measured using Weatern bloting NMDA receptor and AMPA glutamate receptors in the rat model of synap-tic expression.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of AMPA receptor proteins in rat model group increased significantly high levels of NMDA recep-tors significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Freund's adjuvant can be hypnotic effect of NMDA receptor and AMPA glutamate receptors in the synapses,the inhibition of excitatory nerve receptors,which play analgesic,hypnotic effect.
