[目的]通过对重度多发伤的急救与护理经验分析,探讨重度多发伤病人早期采用积极的护理措施是否可提高治愈率,降低死亡率.[方法]回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月期间收治的116例重度多发伤病人的临床资料,总结分析出重度多发伤的救护要点.[结果]本组死亡13例,死亡率11.2％,抢救成功率89.8％.[结论]重度多发伤常累及多器官组织,病情危急、复杂、伤情变化快,处理不当极易引起病情加重,甚至死亡.而强化急救意识,准确判断伤情,及时而全面的评估伤情,对重度多发伤患者采取紧急抢救与细心护理至关重要.

[Objective]To explore the effectiveness of early and positive first aid and nursing measures on patients with severe multiple trauma to see the possibility of increasing cure rate and reducing the motality.[Methods] A retrospective analysis was carried out to summarize the clinical data of 116 cases of severe multiple traumatic in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011,and we analyzed the main points of aid for severe multiple trauma treatment.[Results]Among the 116 patients with severe multiple trauma,103(89.8％) were rescued successfully,only 13 dead.[Conclusion]Severe multiple traumas usually involve multiple organs,which is critical,complicated and change quickly,so,improper treatment could make it worse,even death.In order to take proper first aid measures and careful nursing,it's important for nurses to strengthen first aid consciousness,and be able to make accurate evaluation on trauma,timely and overall assessment.
