在45 ℃恒温下,采用固相微萃取方法萃取黑杨叶片的挥发性物质,然后采用气相色谱/质谱法分析挥发性物质的化学成分.结果表明,化学成分主要为邻羟基苯甲醛、顺-3-己烯酯、顺-3-己烯醇、水杨酸-2-乙基己基酯等.
在45 ℃恆溫下,採用固相微萃取方法萃取黑楊葉片的揮髮性物質,然後採用氣相色譜/質譜法分析揮髮性物質的化學成分.結果錶明,化學成分主要為鄰羥基苯甲醛、順-3-己烯酯、順-3-己烯醇、水楊痠-2-乙基己基酯等.
재45 ℃항온하,채용고상미췌취방법췌취흑양협편적휘발성물질,연후채용기상색보/질보법분석휘발성물질적화학성분.결과표명,화학성분주요위린간기분갑철、순-3-기희지、순-3-기희순、수양산-2-을기기기지등.
The volatile compounds from the black poplar leaves were efficiently extracted with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) at 45 ℃ to perform gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis. The GC/MS analysis indicated that the volatile compounds from the black poplar leaves were 2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde, (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol, acetate, (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol, 2-ethylhexyl salicylate and so on.
