以均苯四甲酸二酐(化合物1)和L-蛋氨酸(化合物2)为反应物,无水醋酸为溶剂,反应生成酰亚胺酸[N,N'-均苯四酸-2-L-蛋氨酸二酸](化合物3).化合物3与二氯亚砜形成酰氯[N,N'-均苯四酸-2-L-蛋氨酸二酰氯](化合物4)后,在微波加热条件下,在10 min内与乙二胺快速形成缩聚产物[聚N,N'-均苯四酸-2-L-蛋氨酸乙二酰胺](聚合物5).应用红外光谱分析(IR)和核磁共振氢谱分析(1_H-NMR)对产物进行结构表征.结果表明,通过微波辅助加热可用L-蛋氨酸为原料将手性元素引入聚合物.

Pyromellitic dianhydride (compound 1) was reacted with L-methionine (compound 2) in acetic acid and the resulting imide-acid [N, N'-(pyromellitoyl)-bis-L-methionine diacid] (compound 3) was obtained. The compound 3 was converted to the [N, N'-(pyromellitoyl)-bis-L-methionine diacid chloride (compound 4) by reaction with thionyl chloride. A new facile and rapid polycondensation reaction of compound 4 with ethylene dimine was reacted by microwave heating. The polymerization reaction proceeded rapidly and was completed within 10 minutes, producing chiral polymer[poly(N, N'-(pyromellitoyl)-bis-L-methionine oxalamide)](polymer 5). The structure of products was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The experimental results show that a synthesis foundation of chiral polymer was provided by introducing L-methionine into the polymer by microwave heating.
