研究了用化学还原法从电镀银废液中回收银时,Na_2S_2O_4/Ag~+摩尔比、温度等因素对银回收率的影响,得到的最佳回收工艺条件为:Na_2S_2O_4 /Ag~+摩尔比为2.5,温度35℃,pH = 7.5,搅拌速度300 r/min,用此工艺银的回收率可达99.98%.采用XRD、XRF、TEM、SAED对回收的银粉体进行了表征,银粉纯度较高,成球链状分布,平均粒径为175.8 nm.

In this paper, silver was recovered from the silver electrolytic effluents by chemical reduction method. The effects of various factors such as Na_2S_2O_4/Ag~+ ratio, temperature on the silver recovery rate were systematically studied. The optimum technical condition was obtained as follows: Na_2S_2O_4/Ag~+ =2.5, 35℃, pH 7.5 with a stirring speed 300 r/min. With this technical process, the silver recovery rate can reach to 99.98%. The recovered silver powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the corresponding selected area electron diffraction (SAED). They are chain-spherical with mean diameters of 175.8 nm and high purity.
