杨溪水库是永康市主要的饮用水水源地,保障其供水安全意义重大。在对库区污染源调查的基础上,进行了现状水质的评价,得出主要污染因子为总氮,其年平均为III类水质,个别月份为Ⅳ类水质。采用水库质量平衡模型和狄龙模型模拟预测杨溪水库的水质,至2020年,CODMn仍可保持Ⅱ类水质,但NH3-N由I类变为Ⅱ类,总氮由Ⅲ恶化为V类,总磷由Ⅱ类变为Ⅳ类。基于此,计算了恢复至目标水质所需削减的污染负荷值,提出了污染源防治措施,并对实施效果进行预测。

The paper estimated the pollution emissions of the Yangxi Reservoir, evaluated the current water quality and located total nitrogen as the main pollution factor. The average water quality was Class III on a yearly basis, while it fell into Class IV in some months. Mass Balance Model and Dillon Model were used to simulate and predict the water quality of this reservoir. Results suggest that by 2020, water quality would deteriorate as CODMn would still keep as Class If, NH3 - N from Class I to Class If, total nitrogen from Class III to Class V, and total phosphorus from Class II to Class IV. Based on the results, the reduced pollution load was determined to restore the tarot water quality. Control measures were proposed and effects were predicted.
