目的 探讨临床护理路径(CNP)对提高结核病患者健康教育的达标率和护理工作的满意度的效果.方法 选择2011年1-12月收治的初治结核病患者共200例,按住院先后顺序分为两组,观察组100例,在常规药物治疗的基础上应用CNP进行健康教育;对照组100例,在常规药物治疗的基础上应用传统方法进行健康教育.分别对两组患者出院时健康教育知识的达标率和对护理工作的满意度进行评价.结果 观察组患者健康教育的达标率及对护理工作的满意度分别为97.0%和97.0%,而对照组分别为70.0%和76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2分别为9,54,17.68;P <0.01).结论 应用CNP对患者进行健康教育,有利于提高健康教育的达标率和对护理工作满意度.

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on the qualified rate of health education and satisfaction of tuberculosis patients.Methods Totals of 200 cases with tuberculosis between January 2011 and December 2011 were selected and divided into two groups.The patients in control group( n =100) received conventional medication and routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group(n =100) received conventional medication combined with CNP.The qualified rate of health education and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed respectively.Results The satisfaction of patients and qualified rate of health education in observation group respectively were 97.0% and 97.0%,and that of control group were 70.0% and 76.0%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant( x2 =9,54,17.68 ;P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Educating the tuberculosis patients through CNP is benefit in increasing the satisfaction of patients and the qualification rate of health education and reducing the detriment.
