目的 为探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效.方法 对100例(128眼)小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出手术,手术前后视力和角膜散光对比分析.结果 术后矫正视力≥0.5者118眼(92.19%),≥1.0者90眼(70.31%).术前平均角膜散光为(0.42+1.16)D,术后平均角膜散光为(1.68±2.09)D,96%的患眼术后散光在1.18D以内.结论 术中、术后并发症少,与超声乳化术比较,成本、费用少,也可获得良好效果.

목적 위탐토소절구비초성유화백내장적출인공정상체식입술적림상료효.방법 대100례(128안)소절구비초성유화백내장적출수술,수술전후시력화각막산광대비분석.결과 술후교정시력≥0.5자118안(92.19%),≥1.0자90안(70.31%).술전평균각막산광위(0.42+1.16)D,술후평균각막산광위(1.68±2.09)D,96%적환안술후산광재1.18D이내.결론 술중、술후병발증소,여초성유화술비교,성본、비용소,야가획득량호효과.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoaemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantation. Methods We studied 100 patients with 128 cataracts eyes,who underwent non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantation through a 6.0 mm incision. The visual acuity and the refraction change were observed. Results The postoperative best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) was no less than 0.5 in 118 eyes(92.19% ),and no less than 1.0 in 90 eyes (70.31%). The preoperative corneal astigmatism value was 0.42±1.16 D, the postoperative one was 1.68 ± 2.09 D, and the rate of the eyes with an astigmatic value less than 1.18 D was 96%. Conclusion There were little complications during or after small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. It could reach a good result with less cost comparing with phacoemulsification.
