目的:评价紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应.方法: 25例晚期非小细胞肺癌,应用紫杉醇150mg-175mg/m2、卡铂按浓度/时间曲线下面积(AUC)＝5给药联合化疗,每3周重复,进行3-4周期.结果: 全组CR 0例,PR 12例,SD 10例,PD 3例,总有效率48 %,不良反应主要为关节肌肉酸痛、骨髓抑制、轻度胃肠道反应、脱发.结论: 紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,不良反应可耐受,有较好的临床应用价值.
목적:평개자삼순연합잡박화료방안치료만기비소세포폐암적근기료효화불량반응.방법: 25례만기비소세포폐암,응용자삼순150mg-175mg/m2、잡박안농도/시간곡선하면적(AUC)＝5급약연합화료,매3주중복,진행3-4주기.결과: 전조CR 0례,PR 12례,SD 10례,PD 3례,총유효솔48 %,불량반응주요위관절기육산통、골수억제、경도위장도반응、탈발.결론: 자삼순연합잡박치료만기비소세포폐암료효교호,불량반응가내수,유교호적림상응용개치.
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus carboplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Twenty-five patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in this study.Paclitaxel was administered 150-175mg/m2,carboplatin(AUC)＝5,each cycle was 3 weeks and with 3-4 cycles. Results: Among 25 patients,the overall response rate was 48.0% with 0 CR,12 PR,10 SD and 3 PD.The major toxicities were articular and muscular soreness,bone marrow depression,slight digestive reaction,alopecia. Conclusion: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin is effective for advanced non-small cell lung cancer and toxicities are well tolerated.
