为进行超高压输电线路绝缘子串、导线和金具的机械振动疲劳性能研究,参考国内外现有试验方法和标准,采用D-300-2型振动台和KD-3正弦振动控制仪,开发了国内第1套绝缘子串振动试验系统,并在国内首次对盘形悬式绝缘子串和棒形悬式复合绝缘子串进行了大量机械振动试验研究.结果表明,试验对悬垂串绝缘子强度基本无影响,对耐张串影响较大.瓷绝缘子耐张串试验结果有不同程度的降低(约15%),玻璃绝缘子耐张串试验结果变化较小.压接式复合绝缘子经3000万次的振动试验后的机械强度有不同程度的下降,最高下降程度为14%,且分散性较大.基于大量试验研究、工程运行经验和现有技术认识,建议针对现有的技术发展现状,结合工程实际,对不同结构型式的绝缘子串的振动疲劳试验方法和试验参数的合理性及判定准则进行深入研究和探讨,以期能有效地评价其振动疲劳特性.应重点关注复合绝缘子的耐振强度的设计和选择.对于线路经过的易振区,建议采用直径≥24 mm的耐酸芯棒,并提高一个强度等级,甚至采用多串并联运行方式.

In order to research the mechanical vibration fatigue properties of EHV overhead transmission line insulator string, wire and fittings, in the light of domestic and international existent test methods, we adopted D-300-2 type vibration table and KD-3 sinusoidal vibration control instrument, and developed a set of test requirement to meet the requirements of insulator string vibration test systems, to research porcelain and glass suspension insulator string and composite insulators by a lot of mechanical vibration test. The results show that the suspension strings test has no effect on insulator strength, but tension strings test has a greater impact; tension string strength of porcelain insulators is less than normal levels (about 15%), and glass insulator strings strength changes smaller.After 30 million times vibration test for composite insulators with press technology, the mechanical strength of the insulator decreases to some degree, the maximum decline range is 14%. Different test methods for insulator string vibration fatigue and test parameters are proposed, and the reasonableness of the criteria is discussed to effectively evaluate its vibration fatigue properties. It is advised that the design and selection of composite insulators strength should focus on vibration-resistant. For the line in vibration-prone areas, it is suggested that the core diameter of 24 mm and above with anti-acid function should be adopted, and a strength grade should be lifted, even multi-stringparallel operation mode should be adopted.
