[目的]研究不同叶面积苜蓿品种的抗旱性及其二者的关系.[方法]通过紫花苜蓿在干旱条件下不同品种叶面积脯氨酸含量的差异性,探索紫花苜蓿抗旱性与叶面积大小的关联性.[结果]该研究结果表明,在旱作条件下,不同苜蓿品种的抗旱性与其叶面积大小有直接关系,叶面积越大的苜蓿品种脯氨酸含量越高,其抗旱性越强.[结论]叶片面积可以作为衡量不同苜蓿品种抗旱性强弱的一个较为直观的辅助性指标.
[目的]研究不同葉麵積苜蓿品種的抗旱性及其二者的關繫.[方法]通過紫花苜蓿在榦旱條件下不同品種葉麵積脯氨痠含量的差異性,探索紫花苜蓿抗旱性與葉麵積大小的關聯性.[結果]該研究結果錶明,在旱作條件下,不同苜蓿品種的抗旱性與其葉麵積大小有直接關繫,葉麵積越大的苜蓿品種脯氨痠含量越高,其抗旱性越彊.[結論]葉片麵積可以作為衡量不同苜蓿品種抗旱性彊弱的一箇較為直觀的輔助性指標.

[Objective]This study was to reveal the correlation between leaf area and drought resistance in different varieties of alfalfa.[Method]Using various alfalfa varieties as experimental materials. the drought resistance of leaves of drought-stressed alfalfa plants was assessed by measuring the content of content of free proline for analyzing its correlation with leaf area.[Result]Under drought condition, the drought resistance of alfalfa is directly related to leaf area in a positive correlation.[Conclusion]Leaf area could be used as an institutional assistant index to reflect the resistance of different alfalfa varieties.
