重点特色学科建设具有丰富的内涵，对于高校发展具有举足轻重的作用。地方高校在建设重点特色学科的过程中，要密切结合学校的历史传统、研究优势和地方需求，紧紧抓住“以学科建设提升核心竞争力”的主线，兼顾“优势”和“特色”两个重点，坚持传承性与创新性、选择性与协调性、外在性与内在性相结合，协调处理好教学与科研、人才引进与校内培养、校级学科与系级学科、管理与服务的关系，方能取得好的成效。
重點特色學科建設具有豐富的內涵，對于高校髮展具有舉足輕重的作用。地方高校在建設重點特色學科的過程中，要密切結閤學校的歷史傳統、研究優勢和地方需求，緊緊抓住“以學科建設提升覈心競爭力”的主線，兼顧“優勢”和“特色”兩箇重點，堅持傳承性與創新性、選擇性與協調性、外在性與內在性相結閤，協調處理好教學與科研、人纔引進與校內培養、校級學科與繫級學科、管理與服務的關繫，方能取得好的成效。
중점특색학과건설구유봉부적내함，대우고교발전구유거족경중적작용。지방고교재건설중점특색학과적과정중，요밀절결합학교적역사전통、연구우세화지방수구，긴긴조주“이학과건설제승핵심경쟁력”적주선，겸고“우세”화“특색”량개중점，견지전승성여창신성、선택성여협조성、외재성여내재성상결합，협조처리호교학여과연、인재인진여교내배양、교급학과여계급학과、관리여복무적관계，방능취득호적성효。
Key characteristic discipline construction has rich connotations, playing a crucial role in the development of colleges and universities. This paper expounds that in the process of the construction, to obtain good results, local colleges and universities should base on school history and tradition, discuss their advantag-es and local requirements, grasp the main line of"enhancing the core competitiveness through discipline con-struction", take into account the two key points of"advantage"and"feature",insist on the combination of inhri-tance with innovation, external with internal natures, coordinate and deal with the relationships between teach-ing and research, talent introduction and in-school cultivation, school-level subjects and department-level subjects, management and service.
