输电线路铝合金抢修塔是由预应力拉线和铝合金角材组成的临时性桅杆结构,其拉线的承受外荷载能力至关重要。为了研究拉线参数对抢修塔的结构强度、刚度、整体稳定性的影响,利用大型结构分析软件ANSYS建立了抢修塔非线性有限元模型,对不同的参数值和工况进行数值计算,指出风向角取值90°是结构的最不利工况;建议现场施工拉线初应力取值120~150 MPa,抢修塔现场施工拉线倾角取值45°。

The aluinum alloy tower for transmission line repairing is in a temporary guy-mast structure with aluminum bars and prestressed cables,and it is very important for the cables to be able to bear the external load.In order to study the impacts of the cable parameters on the structure strength,stiffness and global stability of the tower,this paper builds up a nonlinear finite element model fot the tower with ANSYS,a general finite analytic software,and makes calculations with different parameter values and under various conditions,pointing out that the most adverse condition is corresponding to the wind direction angle of 90°,and proposing that the initial stress of 120~150 MPa and pull andgle of 45° are for the prestressed cable in the construction field.
