目的 评价双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检术诊断脊椎病变的价值.方法 选取我院2005年7月至2008年6月间住院病人36例,在双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检.结果 36例行双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检患者中,确诊率100%,并发椎旁血肿3例(占8.3%),气胸4例(占11.1%).结论 双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检定位准确,操作较简单,并发症少,在诊断脊椎病变中具有重要的临床价值.

목적 평개쌍C비DSA인도하경피척추천자활검술진단척추병변적개치.방법 선취아원2005년7월지2008년6월간주원병인36례,재쌍C비DSA인도하경피척추천자활검.결과 36례행쌍C비DSA인도하경피척추천자활검환자중,학진솔100%,병발추방혈종3례(점8.3%),기흉4례(점11.1%).결론 쌍C비DSA인도하경피척추천자활검정위준학,조작교간단,병발증소,재진단척추병변중구유중요적림상개치.
Objective To evaluate the significance of biopsy through percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA to diagnose the pathological changes of vertebra. Methods Thirty-six patients with Pathological changes of the vertebra from July 2005 to June 2008 were performed Biopsy through Percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA. Results Among the 36 cases, the diagnose rate is 100%. Three cases are diagnosed to have the subsequent hematoma beside the vertebra, taking up8.3% of all cases. Four cases are diagnosed to have pneumothorax,taking up 11.1% of all cases. Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosing by Biopsy through Percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA is very satisfying. It is simple to operate without too many complications. It is of great significance in diagnosing the pathological changes of the vertebra.
