目的 探讨紫外线蓝光混合光照射血浆(碱化或未碱化)降低胆红素浓度效率,建立净化人工肝分离血浆新方法.方法 ①将人工肝分离出的血浆用Na_2CO_3碱化至pH10,再用紫外线蓝光混合光照射15 min(碱化血浆照射组),检测胆红索和蛋白浓度.②将人工肝分离出的血浆直接用紫外线监光混合光照射15 min(未碱化血浆照射组),检测胆红素和蛋白浓度.结果 在碱化血浆照射组,总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、间接胆红素(IBil)清除率分别为85%、84%、86%;在未碱化血浆照射组,TBil、DBil、IBil清除率分别为50%、50%、49%.两组TBil、DBil、IBil清除率差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01).两组的白蛋白回收率分别为99%和97%.结论 用紫外线蓝光混合光照射碱化或未碱化血浆都可明显降低胆红素浓度,尤以碱化血浆照射组胆红素清除率更高,且白蛋白回收收率达97%~99%,有单用于人工肝血液净化.
目的 探討紫外線藍光混閤光照射血漿(堿化或未堿化)降低膽紅素濃度效率,建立淨化人工肝分離血漿新方法.方法 ①將人工肝分離齣的血漿用Na_2CO_3堿化至pH10,再用紫外線藍光混閤光照射15 min(堿化血漿照射組),檢測膽紅索和蛋白濃度.②將人工肝分離齣的血漿直接用紫外線鑑光混閤光照射15 min(未堿化血漿照射組),檢測膽紅素和蛋白濃度.結果 在堿化血漿照射組,總膽紅素(TBil)、直接膽紅素(DBil)、間接膽紅素(IBil)清除率分彆為85%、84%、86%;在未堿化血漿照射組,TBil、DBil、IBil清除率分彆為50%、50%、49%.兩組TBil、DBil、IBil清除率差異都有統計學意義(P<0.01).兩組的白蛋白迴收率分彆為99%和97%.結論 用紫外線藍光混閤光照射堿化或未堿化血漿都可明顯降低膽紅素濃度,尤以堿化血漿照射組膽紅素清除率更高,且白蛋白迴收收率達97%~99%,有單用于人工肝血液淨化.

Objective To study the clearance rates of bilirubins by ultraviolet-blue ray irradiation on the alkalinized plasma or non-alkalinized plasma,to develop a new method to purify the plasma from artificial liver treatment.Methods The plasma from artificial liver treatment were alkalinized to pH10,and irradiated by the ultraviolet-blue ray to decrease levels of bilirubins (group A).The plasma from artificial liver treatment were irradiated by the ultraviolet-blue ray to decrease levels of bilirubins (group B).Results For group A,the clearance rates of total,direct and indirect bilirubins(TBil,DBil,IBil)were 85% ,84% ,86% respectively,recovery of ALB was 99% .For group B,the clearance rates of TBil,DBil,IBil were 50% ,50% ,49% respectively,recovery of ALB was 97% .There was statistical difference in the clearance rates of TBil,DBil,IBil between the two groups (P < 0.01).Conclusions The levels of bilirubins could be decreased significantly by the ultraviolet-blue ray irradiaton on the alkalinized or non-alkalinized plasma,and the recovery of ALB is 97% - 99% .The clearance rates of TBil,DBil,IBil of the alkalinized plasma group are higher than that of non-alkalinized group.This new method may be useful to purify the plasma from artificial liver treatment.
