目的 了解肠道腺病毒(EAdv)在湖南省永州市腹泻患儿中的感染情况.方法 采用聚合酶链反应技术对2008年3月至2010年12月在永州市收集的324例5岁以下腹泻患儿标本进行EAdv核酸检测.结果 在324例腹泻患儿中检出腺病毒阳性标本16例,阳性率4.9%,腹泻的发病出现春季(4月)和秋季(10月)两个季节性升高现象,与非流行季的检出率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).腹泻患儿以24月龄内小儿多见,占患儿总数的95.4%(309/324).EAdv感染均在24月龄以内,其中12~17月龄EAdv阳性率最高为7.6%(7/92);男女性别比例为1.67∶1,EAdv发病男女性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 EAdv感染是导致永州市腹泻患儿的重要病原之一,EAdV主要威胁的人群为24月龄以下婴幼儿,尤其12~17月龄的婴幼儿.

Objective To investigate the information of enteric adenovirus(Eadv) infection in infants and young children with viral diarrhea in Yongzhou and to provide references for prevention and treat of the disease. Methods The polymerase chain reaction technology was used to detect the Eadv in the stool samples collected from patients with diarreha under 5 years old from 2008 to 2010 in the hospital affiliated to vocational and technical college of Yongzhou. Results Sixteen of 324 cases were found positive for adenovirus and the positive rate was 4.9% . These cases were observed in every month with more cases occurred in autumn for Eadv infections. The adenovirous infection mainly included the cases under 2 years old for Eadv diarrhea, especially in children between 12-17 months old. The sex ratio (male:female) was 1.67:1, with no statistical differences among gender(P>0.05). Conclusions Adenovirus is one of the major etiological agents of viral diarrhea among infants and young children in Yongzhou. The susceptible infected group is under 2 years old, especially between 12-17 months.
