采用溶胶-凝胶的方法制备得到了Y、Ho、Sm和Ce掺杂的TiO_2薄膜,XRD分析表明薄膜结晶性能良好,具有锐钛矿晶型.同时研究了稀土元素掺杂浓度和光照条件对薄膜性能的影响,得到了Y、Ho、Sm和Ce的最佳掺杂浓度.研究表明,稀土掺杂同未掺杂相比能提高TiO_2薄膜的光催化活性,其中在最佳掺杂浓度时的光催化降解率最高,薄膜的降解率达到了90%.以Sm掺杂的TiO_2薄膜降解乐果,结果表明,在太阳光照条件下比在紫外光照条件下具有更高的降解率.

TiO_2 films doped with Y, Ho, Sm and Ce ions were prepared with sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction a-nalysis showed that the films crystallized well with anatase crystalline. At the same time, the effect of doping concentration of rare earth elements and light conditions on the properties of the films was studied, and the optimal doping concentration of Y, Ho, Sm and Ce was gotten. The results showed that rare earth doping in TiO_2 thin films can improve the photocata-lyric activity in comparison with the undoped films, with the optimal doping concentration, and the degradation rate of the TiO_2 films gets 90%. The degradation of Sin-doped TiO_2 films to Rogor showed that the degradation rate in sunlight condi-tions was higher than that in ultraviolet radiation.
