采用支撑液膜法分离提取混合液中的有机酸,通过反萃取工艺条件优化,探讨支撑液膜法提取有机酸的可行性.结果表明,由疏水微滤膜组件、萃取剂、有机溶剂和反萃取剂组成的支撑液膜体系可以有效实现有机酸的分离提取.最佳反萃取条件为:提取时间为360 min,反萃取相pH值为9,反萃取剂为NaHCO_3,反萃取剂质量浓度为20g/L,浓缩倍数为2.0.支撑液膜可以较好实现混合液中有机酸的同步提取和浓缩.
採用支撐液膜法分離提取混閤液中的有機痠,通過反萃取工藝條件優化,探討支撐液膜法提取有機痠的可行性.結果錶明,由疏水微濾膜組件、萃取劑、有機溶劑和反萃取劑組成的支撐液膜體繫可以有效實現有機痠的分離提取.最佳反萃取條件為:提取時間為360 min,反萃取相pH值為9,反萃取劑為NaHCO_3,反萃取劑質量濃度為20g/L,濃縮倍數為2.0.支撐液膜可以較好實現混閤液中有機痠的同步提取和濃縮.

The subject mainly through optimizing anti-extraction program, study the feasibility of the technology of extracting organic acid from anaerobic acid mixture by supported liquid membranes. The experiments showed the supported liquid membranes system which composed as the following: hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane, the extractive solvent, the organic solvent and the anti-extractive solvent can be efficiency extracted organic acid. The best condition in the system is that: extraction reaction time is 360 minters, NaHCO_3 in the anti-extraction is 20 g/L, pH is 9, concentrate ratio is 2.0. The technology of extracting and concentrating organic acid from anaerobic acid mixture by supported liquid membranes can be preferably realized.
