选取北美海棠王族和绚丽两个品种为试材,以无性繁殖的方式选择外植体,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上,探究其初代组织培养技术。结果表明:无性繁殖选择以春季萌发的新梢或根部萌发的新枝条作为外植体适合不定芽诱导,其中诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg.L-1+IBA0.3 mg.L-1;不定芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.6 mg.L-1+NAA0.2 mg.L-1。

선취북미해당왕족화현려량개품충위시재,이무성번식적방식선택외식체,접충우불동격소배비적MS배양기상,탐구기초대조직배양기술。결과표명:무성번식선택이춘계맹발적신소혹근부맹발적신지조작위외식체괄합불정아유도,기중유도적최가배양기위MS+6-BA1.0 mg.L-1+IBA0.3 mg.L-1;불정아증식최가배양기위MS+6-BA1.6 mg.L-1+NAA0.2 mg.L-1。
Two species (Malus' Royally', Malus' Radiant' ) of North American Begonia were selected as materials,explants were selected by asexual reproduction way,and different hormones were inoculated on MS medium. The results showed that: clonal selection in the spring shoot or root germination of new shoots were suitable for using as explants for adventitious bud induetion, the optimal medium was MS+ 6-BA1.0 mg· L^-1+ IBA0.3 mg·L^-1 the optimal medium for adventitious bud proliferation was MS+ 6-BA1.6mg· L^- + NAA0.2 mg·L^-1.
