以城市污水处理厂厌氧消化池活性污泥为接种污泥,以缩短停留时间和提高污泥负荷相结合的方式进行ABR反应器启动及颗粒污泥培养。研究了ABR反应器中颗粒污泥的特性,讨论了颗粒污泥培养所需的技术条件及影响因素。结果表明:在负荷为0.60 kgCOD/(kgVSS.d),上升流速为0.13 m/h,出水碱度为CaCO3 1 000 mg/L时,控制温度在25℃以上,60 d培养出颗粒污泥。

By operating anaerobic baffled reactor in the combined mode of reducing HRT and increasing the organic load rate,the process of anaerobic granular sludge cultivation were investigated,and the technique conditions required for cultivating granular sludge were discussed.The result showed that the ABR successfully formed the granular sludge at a sludge loading of 0.60 kgCOD/(kgVSS·d),the up-flow velocity of 0.13 m/h,the outflow alkalinity of CaCO3 1000 mg/L and the reaction temperature above 25 ℃.
