科技创新是推动农田水利事业的强大动力。系统回顾了浙江省农田水利科技发展历程及取得的进展,分析了现状科技创新存在的主要问题,并提出今后浙江省农田水利应以农田水利应用基础研究、适应于高效生态农业特征的农田灌排技术、经济作物节水高效灌溉制度、农业节水关键设备、产品及材料的产业化作为科技创新方向及研究重点。

Scientific and technological innovation is a strong driving force for the cause of mml water conservancy. This paper systematically reviews the development process and achievements of scientific and technological innovation of rural water conservancy in Zhejiang, analyzes main problems at present, and brings forward innovation directions and research priorities in the future such as basic applied studies of rural water conservancy, irrigation and drainage techniques adapted to characteristics of efficient ecological agriculture, watersaving & efficient irrigation system for economic crops, as well as industrialization of key equipment, products and materials for agricultural water conservation.
