Lnduction of labor with water ballon%Trimester of pregnancy%Third
目的 探讨双腔水囊引产器用于晚期妊娠引产的临床疗效,并与普通水囊引产器对比.方法 2006年7月至2008年6月需终止妊娠的产妇共76例,随机分为2组:观察组38例,采用双腔水囊引产器引产;对照组38例,采用普通水囊引产器引产.结果 双腔水囊引产成功率为97.4%,水囊脱落率为0,总产程平均时间为(28.94±2.76)h.普通水囊引产成功率为84.2%,与观察组相比差异有统计学意义(P=0.047);水囊脱落率为68.4%,与观察组相比差异有高度统计学意义(P=0.000);总产程平均时间为(30.53±3.21)h与观察组相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.32,P<0.05).结论 双腔水囊引产术可明显降低水囊脱落率,提高引产的成功率,且缩短了总产程时间.

목적 탐토쌍강수낭인산기용우만기임신인산적림상료효,병여보통수낭인산기대비.방법 2006년7월지2008년6월수종지임신적산부공76례,수궤분위2조:관찰조38례,채용쌍강수낭인산기인산;대조조38례,채용보통수낭인산기인산.결과 쌍강수낭인산성공솔위97.4%,수낭탈락솔위0,총산정평균시간위(28.94±2.76)h.보통수낭인산성공솔위84.2%,여관찰조상비차이유통계학의의(P=0.047);수낭탈락솔위68.4%,여관찰조상비차이유고도통계학의의(P=0.000);총산정평균시간위(30.53±3.21)h여관찰조상비차이유통계학의의(t=2.32,P<0.05).결론 쌍강수낭인산술가명현강저수낭탈락솔,제고인산적성공솔,차축단료총산정시간.
Objective To study the clinical result of induction of labor with double water ballons in third trimester of pregnancy and compared with using single water ballon. Methods From 2006-7 to 2008-6,76 parturient need terminate pregnancy were divided two groups at random. The treatment group (38 cases) was inducted of labor with double water ballons and the contrast group(38 cases)was inducted of labor with single water ballon.Results In the treatment group, the success ratio of induction of labor, drop ratio of water ballon and time of whole labor was 97.4% ,0 and (28.94 ±2.76) hours. In the contrast group,the success ratio of induction of labor,drop ratio of water ballon and time of whole labor was 84.2% ,68.4% and(30.53 ± 3.21 ) hours. There was statistical significant between the two groups. Conclusion The induction of labor with double water ballons reduce drop ratio of water ballon, increase success ratio of induction of labor and shorten time of whole labor.
