目的：评价双黄连滴丸的主要药效，为临床合理使用提供参考。方法：解热试验、抗炎试验、抗菌试验。结果：双黄连滴丸口服灌胃给药剂量在10和3g/kg(含生药) 时，对细菌内毒素引起的家兔体温升高具有良好的解热作用；口服灌胃给药剂量在20和6g/k g(含生药)时，能显著抑制腹腔注射醋酸（HAC）所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高和二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀（P＜0.01)；能保护由腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌引起的动物死亡；体外抗菌试验表明对金黄色葡萄球菌、流感杆菌、B型链球菌具有较好的抑菌作用（最低抑菌浓度分别为40，40和160mg/ml含生药）。结论：双黄连滴丸具有解热、抗炎、抗菌作用。
목적：평개쌍황련적 환적주요약효，위림상합리사용제공삼고。방법：해열시험、항염시험 、항균시험。결과：쌍황련적환구복관위급약제량재10화3g/kg(함생약) 시，대세균내독소인기적가토체온승고구유량호적해열작용；구복관위급약제량재20화6g/k g(함생약)시，능현저억제복강주사작산（HAC）소치소서복강모세혈관통투성적증고화이갑 분소치적소서이종창（P＜0.01)；능보호유복강주사금황색포도구균인기 적동물사망；체외항균시험표명대금황색포도구균、류감간균、B형련구균구유교호적억균 작용（최저억균농도분별위40，40화160mg/ml함생약）。결론：쌍황련 적환구유해열、항염、항균작용。
OBJECTIVE：To give some valuable data for the e valuation on its clinical effects of shuanghuanglian drop pill.METHODS:The methods of this study included anti-fever experiment,anti-inflammatory ex periment and anti-bacteria experiment.RESULTS:At the dosage of 10 an d 3g/kg(unprocessed drug),oral administration has good anti-fever effect to the fever induced by endotoxin in rabbits.At the oral dosage of 20 and 6g/kg(unproce ssed drug) to mice,this pill has the following effects:①significantly inhibitin g the increased penetrability of abdominal capillary vessel induced by acetic ac id and ear swelling induced by xylene,②preserving those mice from death caused by abdominal injection of golden-yellow grape coccous,③having good anti-bacteri al effects to golden-yellow grape coccous(40mg/ml),flubacilli(MIC=40mg/ml) and s treptococcus B(MIC=160mg/ml)(unprocessed drug).CONCLUSION:Drop-pill of Shuanghuanglian has effects of anti-fever,anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria.
