[目的]研究褶纹冠蚌消化系统的组织学结构,探讨其结构与功能的关系.[方法]运用组织学方法对褶纹冠蚌消化系统的结构进行观察.[结果]褶纹冠蚌的消化道由唇瓣、口、食道、胃、肠、直肠和肛门组成.消化道管壁大都有许多皱褶,黏膜上皮主要为纤毛柱状细胞,在唇瓣、食道、胃、肠和直肠还有少量的黏液细胞,纤毛和黏液细胞在食物的运输中起重要作用.消化腺为复管状腺,腺管上皮有消化细胞和嗜碱性细胞2种类型,消化细胞内含许多囊泡和颗粒.[结论]该研究可为褶纹冠蚌的消化生理研究提供理论依据,同时为其摄食、组织病理研究奠定基础.

[Objective]The research aimed to study the histological structure of digestive system of Cristaria plicata (Leach),and to discuss the relationship between its structure and function.[Method]The digestive system of C. plicata (Leach) was observed with histological methods.[Result]The results showed that the digestive tract consisted of the labial palps, mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestine, rectum and anus. There were many placations on the wall of digestive tract, the epithelial cells of the alimentary canal were mainly ciliated columnar cells. There was a few of mucous cells in labial palps, esophagus, stomach, intestines and rectum. The cilia and the mucous cell played important roles in the transportation of food particles. The digestive gland was a compound gland in which the tubule consisted of two types of cells: digestive cells and basophilic cells. The digestive cells contained many vesicles and granules.[Conclusion]This study could provide theoretical basis for the research of digestion physiology of C. plicata (Leach),and could provide basis for the research of its ingestion and histopathology.
