为研究乳腺癌患者外周血TM 的表达水平以及与预后的关系,采用 ESISA 法测定47例乳腺癌患者、21例乳腺良性病患者和25例健康志愿者血浆 TM 水平,并评价其对乳腺癌诊断和转移的价值。结果为:乳腺癌组的TM 水平明显高于对照组、良性组( P <0.01)。良性组的 TM 水平与对照组无明显差异( P>0.05),乳腺癌血浆 TM 水平随临床分期逐渐升高(与对照、良性、I +II 组比较,均P<0.01);术后乳腺癌组血浆TM 水平较术前有所下降,但无统计学意义(P >0.05);化疗后乳腺癌组血浆TM水平较术前、术后均显著升高(P<0.05);术前TM升高的阳性率为66.0%,在 TM 水平升高组中,乳腺癌转移率为71.0%,在 TM 水平下降组中,乳腺癌转移率为37.5%(与升高组比较 P <0.01)。 TM 与乳腺癌的发展密切相关,是乳腺癌转移的重要因子,其高水平表达提示患者转移、预后差,反之提示患者近期预后良好。

위연구유선암환자외주혈TM 적표체수평이급여예후적관계,채용 ESISA 법측정47례유선암환자、21례유선량성병환자화25례건강지원자혈장 TM 수평,병평개기대유선암진단화전이적개치。결과위:유선암조적TM 수평명현고우대조조、량성조( P <0.01)。량성조적 TM 수평여대조조무명현차이( P>0.05),유선암혈장 TM 수평수림상분기축점승고(여대조、량성、I +II 조비교,균P<0.01);술후유선암조혈장TM 수평교술전유소하강,단무통계학의의(P >0.05);화료후유선암조혈장TM수평교술전、술후균현저승고(P<0.05);술전TM승고적양성솔위66.0%,재 TM 수평승고조중,유선암전이솔위71.0%,재 TM 수평하강조중,유선암전이솔위37.5%(여승고조비교 P <0.01)。 TM 여유선암적발전밀절상관,시유선암전이적중요인자,기고수평표체제시환자전이、예후차,반지제시환자근기예후량호。
Objective: To study the relationship between expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in breast cancer and the patient′s prognosis.Method:ELISA method was employed to detect the ex-pression of serum VEGF in breast cancer (47 cases),benign breast cancer patients(21 cases) and healthy people (25 cases) .Result:the TM level of the breast cancer group was obviously higher than the other con-trolled group,the benign group (P<0.01).there was no distinctive difference in TM level between Benign group and the control group ( P>0 .05 ) , plasma TM level of breast cancer gradually increased with patho-logic stages ( and contrast,benign,I +II group compared,P <0.01); plasma TM level of postoperative breast cancer group was preoperative declined , but this was not statistically significant ( P >0 .05 );After chemotherapy plasma TM level of breast cancer group was preoperative and postoperative are significantly in-creased (P<0.05); positive rate of Preoperative TM rising was 66.0%,TM levels rise in group,breast cancer metastasis rate was 71.0%,the decline in TM group,breast cancer metastasis rate was 37.5% (group compared with increased (P<0.01).Conclusion: The level of serum TM was closely related to progress of breaste cancer.It′s an important factor in breast cancer growth and metastasis .Its expression was highly in carcinomatous metastasis and poor prognosis .
