目的探讨消炎止痒散局部外洗加外搽对会阴部湿疹的疗效.方法将确诊的86例会阴部湿疹患者按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予以依匹斯汀片10mg,每天一次.在此基础上,治疗组予以消炎止痒散外洗并外搽,每日1次;对照组予以3%的硼酸溶液外洗并用地塞米松软膏(商品名:皮炎平)外涂,每日1次.连用7天.结果治疗组在治疗7天后中、重瘙痒的止痒效果明显优于对照组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P＜0.05.治疗7天后治疗组有效率为95.35%,对照组为76.74%,两组相比x2=6.198,P=0.013,两组比较差异具有统计学意义.结论消炎止痒散可迅速止痒,缩短会阴部湿疹患者的痊愈时间.

Objective To explore the efficacy of anti-inflammatory and anti-itch powder for perineal eczema. Methods 86 patients with perineal eczema were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into study group and control group. In the study group, 43 patients were treated with anti-inflammatory and anti- itch powder and epinastine while in the control group, 43 patients were treated with dexamethasone ointment (Boric acid solution) and epinastine for 7 days. The efficacy was evaluated seven days after treatment. Results It had a better effect on moderate to severe itching in the patients in two groups. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P<.0.05). The effective rate of was 95.35% in the study group but 76.74% in contral group. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (x2= 6.198, P= 0.013). Conclusions Anti-inflammatory and anti-itch powder is a safe and effective alternate therapy for perineum eczema.
