Improving the internal relations of enterprise by laying down internal regultions is an important part of the self-administration of modern enterprises. How to lay down the internal regulations for regulation the internal relations of enterprise and how to properly handle the relationship among the internal regulations, the labor contracts and the collective contracts are an important field of research in China's labor law.This article tries to probe into the issues in order to standardize enterprise's internal regulations making.
