针对当前国内造船厂在船体外板加工时运用的三角样板制作耗时长、资源浪费严重的现象,本文提出液压样条的构想,建立液压控制操作界面,并通过solidworks和ANSYS进行建模仿真设计及样条成形力学分析。

Regarding to the time-consuming and severe resource waste phenomenon of the present triangle templet method in the process of hull shell plates machining of ship builders at home , this paper has presented the hydraulic spline assumption ,that is to establish hydraulic control operation interface and carry out modeling simulation design and spline formation mechanical analysis by solidworks and ANSYS .
