针对电阻炉具有时滞性、时变性和非线性等特性,常规PID控制难以达到较高的控制精度,本文提出用LabVIEW开发基于模糊自整定的PID智能温度控制系统方案,论述了系统的硬件与软件的设计方法,并通过MAT-LAB仿真结果,比较模糊自整定PID控制系统与常规PID控制系统的阶跃响应曲线,仿真结果表明,本系统在超调量、控制精度、动态响应等方面比常规PID温度控制系统更具有优势.

Because resistance furnace has properties of time lop,time- varying and non- linear, the conventional PID control is difficult to achieve high control accuracy. This paper uses LabVIEW to develop an intelligent temperature con-trol system based on fuzzy self- tuning of PID, then discusses design methods of hardware and software in the system and simulation results by MATLAB,compares the step response curve of fuzzy self- tuning PID control system with conven-tional PID control system, the simulation results show that the system has advantages over conventional PID temperature control system in the overshoot, the control accuracy and dynamic response.
