随着CAD/CAM等计算机技术和自动化技术在板材零件加工中的应用,建立"数"与"形"结合的关系,已成为解决生产中手工绘制展开图及放样图工作量大、精度差等问题的途径.通过几何分析建立平面斜截圆锥面交线展开图曲线的数学方程,确立图形、方程及数字之间的关系,可将空间几何问题转化成平面几何与计算机技术结合的问题,有助于提高板材零件质量和生产效率.

With the application of technology both CAD/CAM computer and automation in making sheet metal piece,establishing the relationship between digital and shape has become an approach to deal with the problem of unfolded drawing accuracy. In this paper,the author has established one set of curve e-quations for unfolded-drawing of cut-cone based on geometrical analysis, so that the relationships among shape,equation and number have been determined. At the same time,it provides the first condition for the transformation between space-geometry and plane-geometry connection with technology of computer. Therefore,it is significant for promoting apart quality and productive efficiency.
