采用原位聚合方法,在苯胺的盐酸环境中,加入炭黑和仲烷基磺酸钠SAS-60,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,制备聚苯胺/炭黑导电复合粒子,并对其进行电导率测试、红外光谱分析及XRD分析.结果表明:在制备聚苯胺/炭黑导电复合粒子的体系中引入SAS-60,所得导电复合粒子的电导率比不加SAS-60时要高;当苯胺与SAS-60的摩尔比为4∶1时,导电复合粒子的电导率最大,为51.4 S/cm.红外及XRD分析说明导电复合粒子中引入SAS-60可使电导率提高,同时使PANI的结晶能力增强.

In this paper Polyaniline/Carbon black conductive composite particles were synthesized through original position polymerization method in the presence of sodium C14-17Sec Alkyl sulfonate(SAS-60).The aniline polymerized in the surface of CB particle using the ammonium persulfate as the oxidant in the environment of hydrochloric acid.The experiment has carried out the test of IR,XRD and conductivity.The results indicated that the conductivity of composite particles in which SAS existed in the polymerization was higher than that without SAS-60.When the mole ratio of aniline to SAS-60 was 4∶1,the conductivity of the conductive composite particles was 51.4 S/cm,which was highest.The IR spectras and XRD patterns showed that the existence of SAS-60 made the conductivity of composite particle increase and crystallization ability of PANI enhance simultaneously.
