采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨(GO),超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯(GOs)。采用TEM、FT-IR和XRD表征了形貌与结构,表明制备的GOs剥离比较完全,稳定性较好。将GOs与水性聚氨酯(WPU)共混,正交试验法研究结果表明:GOs的含量对WPU/GOs复合材料耐水性的影响最大,而共混温度对力学性能的影响最大。

Graphite oxide(GO) was prepared by improved Hummers method, and then graphene oxide(GOs) was obtained via ultrasonic stripping. The morphology and structure of GOs were characterized by TEM, FT-IR and XRD. The results showed that the prepared almost completely tripped GOs had good stability. The waterborne polyurethane/grapheme oxide composite material was obtained by blending GOs with water-based polyurethane, and the results, obtained by the orthogonal test method, showed that the dosage of GOs had the greatest effect on the water resistance, but the blended temperature was the main factor on mechanical properties.
