目的 探讨阑尾粘液囊肿的术前诊断方法 .方法 回顾性分析本院1998年1月至2008年9月收治的9例阑尾粘液囊肿患者的临床资料,对其临床症状、体征、辅助检查及治疗结果 作一小结.结果 阑尾粘液囊肿的主要临床表现为腹痛、腹部包块,B超、CT检查可见囊性包块,手术切除效果好.结论 阑尾粘液囊肿临床表现无特异性,术前提高警惕,综合分析检查结果 对术前诊断有很大帮助.
目的 探討闌尾粘液囊腫的術前診斷方法 .方法 迴顧性分析本院1998年1月至2008年9月收治的9例闌尾粘液囊腫患者的臨床資料,對其臨床癥狀、體徵、輔助檢查及治療結果 作一小結.結果 闌尾粘液囊腫的主要臨床錶現為腹痛、腹部包塊,B超、CT檢查可見囊性包塊,手術切除效果好.結論 闌尾粘液囊腫臨床錶現無特異性,術前提高警惕,綜閤分析檢查結果 對術前診斷有很大幫助.
목적 탐토란미점액낭종적술전진단방법 .방법 회고성분석본원1998년1월지2008년9월수치적9례란미점액낭종환자적림상자료,대기림상증상、체정、보조검사급치료결과 작일소결.결과 란미점액낭종적주요림상표현위복통、복부포괴,B초、CT검사가견낭성포괴,수술절제효과호.결론 란미점액낭종림상표현무특이성,술전제고경척,종합분석검사결과 대술전진단유흔대방조.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic methods of appendiceal mucoceles before operation. Methods The clinical symptom, physical sign, auxiliary examination and therapeutic result of 9 cases of appendiceal mucoceles were retrospectively analyzed. Results Abdominal pain and mass were the main clinical situation; cystic masses were the usual findings in helical computed tomography and type-B ultrasonic. Operation was successful in all the patients. Conclusion Clinical manifestation of appendiceal mucoceles is atypical; aggregate analysis of clinical examination results is valuable to the diagnosis before operation.
