目的观察Boo2对光滑双脐螺的直接作用,及与氯硝柳胺合用的增效作用。方法采用25℃室内浸泡48h法。结果用1.563mg/LBoo2溶液浸泡8h,光滑双脐螺软体麻痹率为53.3%;36h麻痹率为100%。Boo2浸泡48h,LC50为3.676mg/L。与氯硝柳胺组成混合液,在Boo2浓度为3.125mg/L溶液中,氯硝柳胺的LC50由单独浸杀的0.096mg/L降至0.046mg/L,杀螺效果提高2.1倍。结论Boo2对光滑双脐螺有明显麻痹与杀灭作用,与氯硝柳胺复方用药有显著杀螺增效作用。

목적관찰Boo2대광활쌍제라적직접작용,급여록초류알합용적증효작용。방법채용25℃실내침포48h법。결과용1.563mg/LBoo2용액침포8h,광활쌍제라연체마비솔위53.3%;36h마비솔위100%。Boo2침포48h,LC50위3.676mg/L。여록초류알조성혼합액,재Boo2농도위3.125mg/L용액중,록초류알적LC50유단독침살적0.096mg/L강지0.046mg/L,살라효과제고2.1배。결론Boo2대광활쌍제라유명현마비여살멸작용,여록초류알복방용약유현저살라증효작용。
Aim To observe the molluscicidal effect of Boo2 [O,O′-diethyl-O″-(substituted phenylgly oxylonitrile oximino) thiophosphate] and synergism of Boo2 combined with niclosamide against Biomphalaria glabrata. Method Immersing method under 25℃ for 48 h in laboratory. Results The benumbed rate of snails immersed in 1. 563 mg/L of Boo2 solution for 8 h was 53.3%, and reached 100% for 36 h. The LC50 of Boo2 was 3. 676 mg/L when the snails were immersed for 48 h. The LC50 of single niclosamide was 0. 096 mg/L but it decreased to 0. 046 mg/L when niclosamide combined with 3. 125 mg/L of Boo2 which showed that the molluscicidal effect raised by 2.1 times. Conclusion Boo2 has not only benumbing and molluscicidal effect to Biomphalaria glabrata but significant synergism when it combined with niclosamide to control the snails.
