The spread of the international financial crisis brings about enormous difficulties and valuable development opportunities to the China's economic at the same time. Intellectual property is a weapon that can help us against financial crisis and achieve stable e-conomic growth. The paper put forward an idea to invest in foreign intellectual property, advance some implementation measures. The result of this study may suggest a broader view for further research into improving intellectual property creation, implementing National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline and building an innovative country.
