黎药木棉叶用石油醚除去脂溶性杂质,用水提醇沉法得海南木棉叶的多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法对多糖含量进行了测定.测得木棉叶的多糖质量分数为0.72%,加样平均回收率为101.1%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.76%.
黎藥木棉葉用石油醚除去脂溶性雜質,用水提醇沉法得海南木棉葉的多糖,採用苯酚-硫痠比色法對多糖含量進行瞭測定.測得木棉葉的多糖質量分數為0.72%,加樣平均迴收率為101.1%,相對標準偏差RSD為1.76%.

Petroleum ether was used to remove fat-soluble impurities, with Water Extracting-Alcohol Precipitating to get the polysaccharide from leave of Bombax malabaricum DC. The content of polysaccharide was determined with phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. The mass fraction of polysaccharide from leave of Bombax malabaricum DC was determined as 0.72% with average recovery of 101.1% and the RSD of 1.76%.
