目的 探讨临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死院前急救护理中应用的可行性和效果.方法 将68例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的抢救护理流程,实验组运用自行拟订的急性心肌梗死院前急救临床护理路径对病人进行急救护理.对两组患者的急救反应时间、死亡率、并发症进行比较.结果 观察组的急救反应时间、死亡率、并发症均比对照组低,且差异具有统计学意义,P＜ 0.05.结论 在院前急救护理中运用临床护理路径不仅可以缩短院前急救反应时间,降低患者的死亡率,而且可以有效地防范或减少护理差错,改善护患关系.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of clinical nursing pathway in acute myocardial infarction pre-hospital emergency.Methods A total of 68 patients of acute myocardial infarction were randomly assigned to receive emergency treatment of either conventional nursing process as the control group or clinical nursing pathway which was protocoled by their own hospital as the observation group.The primary endpoints were emergency reaction time,mortality and the complications.Results The emergency reaction time,mortality and the complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were of statistical significance,P＜0.05.Conclusions The application of the clinical nursing pathway in the pre-hospital emergency can not only shorten the reaction time of pre-hospital emergency,lower mortality,but also can effectively prevent or reduce nursing errors,and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
