采用在组织培养过程中突变产生的突变体金心也门铁的顶芽和茎段作为外植体.对金心也门铁的快速繁殖技术进行了研究.结果表明,金心也门铁快速繁殖适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+KT2.0 mg/L+Ad 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,适宜的芽继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+Ad 2.0 mg/L,适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L:而比较有效的组培快速繁殖技术路线是:无菌材料获取→不定芽诱导→壮芽继代增殖培养→炼苗与生根培养→试管苗移植和栽培管理.

The stems and top buds were cultivated as explants for investigate the tissue culture propagation of Dracaena arborea var. The results showed that the optimal adventitious bud generation culture medium is MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+KT2.0 mg/L+Ad2.0 mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L; the optimal bud proliferation culture medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAAO.01 mg/L+Ad2.0 mg/L;the optimal root induction culture medium is 1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg/L. Relatively more effective tissue production technique method is obtaining sterilized materials→adventitous bud generation→strong bud proliferation culture→seeding and rooting culture→test-tube seeding transplant and cultivate management.
