目的探讨全程护理服务模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血压、血脂的影响.方法将132例患者按住院日分为对照组(65例)和观察组(67例).对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用全程护理服务模式(入院时,实行首接护士负责制,病房护士到门诊接患者;住院期间,每个护理服务环节实行人性化理念,如工作流程人性化、创造温馨病房、加强患者健康教育、尊重生命等;出院时,帮助患者适应角色转换,回归家庭与社会;出院后,加强跟踪随访.)结果与对照组相比,观察组患者血糖、血压、血脂、控制效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论对2型糖尿病患者实施全程护理服务模式,可有效降低患者的血糖、血压和血脂.

목적탐토전정호리복무모식대2형당뇨병환자혈당、혈압、혈지적영향.방법장132례환자안주원일분위대조조(65례)화관찰조(67례).대조조채용전통호리모식,관찰조채용전정호리복무모식(입원시,실행수접호사부책제,병방호사도문진접환자;주원기간,매개호리복무배절실행인성화이념,여공작류정인성화、창조온형병방、가강환자건강교육、존중생명등;출원시,방조환자괄응각색전환,회귀가정여사회;출원후,가강근종수방.)결과여대조조상비,관찰조환자혈당、혈압、혈지、공제효과현저우우대조조(P<0.01).결론대2형당뇨병환자실시전정호리복무모식,가유효강저환자적혈당、혈압화혈지.
Objective To evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the whole course nursing service mode in type 2 dia-betes. Methods 132 cases with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group (67 cases)and control group(65 cases).Patients of control group received traditional nursing service. Patients of obseravation group received whole course nursing service, i. e. on ad-mission nurse of ward went to outpatient department to meet patient and was responsible for the patient. During hospitalization hu-manitarian service was practiced in all nursing links.after hospital discharge it is necessary to strengthen follow-up. Results Compared with control group. Control effectiveness of blood glucose, blood pressure,serum lipids in observation group was higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Whole course nursing service can obviously lower the blood glucose, blood pressure and serum lipids in type 2 diabetes.
