采用超滤-反渗透组合工艺处理温州市玫瑰刀剪有限公司电镀镍漂洗废水.整个系统经过6个月的运行,结果表明,由活性炭过滤器、孔径为50μm的精密过滤器和UF膜组成的预处理系统运行效果良好,预处理段产水的COD维持在5 mg·L~(-1)左右,SDI小于1,浊度小于0.1 NTU.同时,采用一级二段式反渗透膜将电镀废水浓缩5倍,对镍离子的截留率达99.9%以上,浓缩液直接回用到电镀镍槽.此外,整个系统的产水电导率维持在15μS·cm~(-1)以下,直接回用到电镀漂洗水槽.

Integrated ultrafiltration (UD-reverse osmosis(RO) process was employed to treated the rinse water discharged by a scissor factory with an idea results in a six-month performance. The process includes an activated carbon infiltration, a precise infiltration collumn with 50 μm pore size membranes and UF membranes. The effluent water quality after the pretreatment processes was as follows: the COD was kept at 5mg·L~(-1), the SDI Was bellow I, the turbidity was bellow 0.1 The electroplating water Was 5-fold concentrated by the two-segment primary RO process. 99.% of the nickel irons was rejected, and the concentrated solution could be reused in the electroplating process. The conductivity of the treated effluent was bellow 15 μS·cm~(-1), which could be reused for rinse.
