采用开顶箱法研究了高浓度O_3(80 nmol·mol~(-1))对沈阳市城区内油松光合生理的影响.结果表明,高浓度O_3处理降低了油松净光合速率.油松光合速率下降则是2种限制因素共同作用的结果.O_3处理后,油松的羧化效率始终低于对照,表明油松的气孔调节能力较弱,更易受到O_3的伤害.

With top-opened chamber system,the responses of photosynthesis in Pinus tabulaeformis to elevated atmospheric O_3 concentration(80 nmol·mol~(-1))were investigcoted.The results showed that elevated ozone concentration inhibiteds net photosynthetic rate of P. tabulaeformis. The decrease in photosynthesis rate of P. tabulaeformis exposed to high O_3 was resulted from both stomatal and nonstamatal limitations. It seemed that the ability of stomatal reaction of P. tabulaeformis was injured easily by elevated ozone.
