采用高温固相法制备(Ba,Ca)2SiO4∶Eu2+,Mn2+和不同Mg/Ca、Mg/Ba比例的(Ba,Ca)2-xMgxSiO4∶Eu2+,Mn2+白光荧光粉.研究改变Mg/Ca和Mg/Ba比例对荧光粉光谱特性的影响.所有荧光粉的发射光谱是由蓝绿光和红光组成的宽波带;激发光谱也是宽波带,在340~415nm之间具有较强吸收,适合于近紫外光InGaN芯片(350~410 nm)激发.随着Mg/Ca比例的改变,色温依次增加,可起到规律调节白光荧光粉色温的作用.

The phosphors(Ba,Ca)2SiO4∶Eu2+,Mn2+ and(Ba,Ca)2-xMgxSiO4∶Eu2+Eu2+,Mn2+ with different ratios of Mg/Ca,Mg/Ba were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The influence of varing the ratios of Mg/Ca and Mg/Ba on the luminescent properties of phosphors is investigated.The emission spectra of all samples are broad wave-band made up of blue-green and red light.The excitation spectra are also broad wave-band,and among 340 nm and 415 nm having a well absorbed intensity.Thus they are well fit for nUV-InGaN-chip(350~410 nm) excited.The color temperature of white phorphors is regularly tunable and increased with the ratios of Mg/Ca varing.
