目的研究早期鼻饲肠内营养对重型颅脑创伤患者的临床效果.方法选取78例GCS5～8分颅脑创伤患者作前瞻性研究,实验组予早期(伤后24～48小时)鼻饲肠内营养;对照组按传统伤后一周鼻饲流质.结果实验组氮平衡等营养指标优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).神志恢复快,上消化道出血减少.结论重型颅脑创伤患者早期可安全实施鼻饲肠内营养,对维护胃肠道结构和功能,减少上消化道出血,促进神志恢复十分有利.
목적 연구조기비사장내영양대중형로뇌창상환자적림상효과.방법 선취78례GCS5～8분로뇌창상환자작전첨성연구,실험조여조기(상후24～48소시)비사장내영양;대조조안전통상후일주비사류질.결과 실험조담평형등영양지표우우대조조(P＜0.05혹P＜0.01).신지회복쾌,상소화도출혈감소.결론 중형로뇌창상환자조기가안전실시비사장내영양,대유호위장도결구화공능,감소상소화도출혈,촉진신지회복십분유리.
Objective To evaluate the effect of nasogastric feeding as enteral nutrition in severe headinjuried patients.Methods 78 patiets with GCS5～8 severe head injury were propet studied.The patients of study group were fed gastrieally with enteral nutrition within 24～48hrs post injury ,and the patients of the control group were nutritional supported with common method on 7 days.Results Nitrogen cumultive balances,nutitional index of the study group were signficanfly better than that ofthe control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),and early swake ,reduce hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Conclusions The early gastric feeding can be safely use,suppled with parenteral nutrition may be beneficial to improve gut function,reduce hemorrhage of upper digestive tract,nutritional state and neurologic outcomes of the severe head-injured patients.
