目的 建立测定康艾注射液中主要有效成分氧化苦参碱的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),no 99902Ser.no:8023811;流动相:甲醇-醋酸盐缓冲液(30:70),流速1.0ml/min;柱温20℃;检测波长210nm;柱温:室温;进样量:20μl.结果 该方法的回收率大于95%,方法回收率、精密度,稳定性、重复性良好,RSD均小于5%.结论 该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂的质控.

Objective To establish the HPLC method for oxymatrine analyses in Kangai injection. Method: Diamonsil C_(18)0 column (particle size 5 μm, 200 mm×.6 mm) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was composed as A: (methanol) and B: (ammonium acetate buffer solution) (12.5 mmool/L, 30:. 70, V: V), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·in~(-1), The detection of oxymatrine was performed at wavelength of 210nm and normal temperature. Results Linear range of oxymatrine in the method were 3. 25-120 mg·L~(-1), correlation coefficient is 0.9999; respectively, the minimal concentration of detection of oxymatrine were 0.80 mg·L~(-1). Conclusions A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of oxymatrine in Kangai decoction was established, the method could be used for the analyses of oxymatrine in Kangai injection.
