[目的]对葛根与葛花解酒的效果进行了研究,为合理开发利用葛根与葛花提供参考.[方法]利用酒精比重计测定葛根与葛花在不同用量、不同时间及不同酶用量的条件下与酒精作用的密度.[结果]葛根液与酒精作用的密度曲线随着溶液及酶用量的增加及作用时间的延长而上升,密度接近于1.000 0.葛花液与酒精作用的密度曲线在同等条件下下降.[结论]葛根与葛花均有解酒的效果,但葛根解酒效果明显好于葛花.在酶的作用下,它们能促进酒精分解,起到保肝、护肝的效果.

[Objective] The effects of Radix Puerariae and Flos Puerariae to anti-inebriation were studied to exploit and utilize the resources. [Method] The density changes of Radix Puerariae and Flos Puerariae were determined in different concentration and time and enzyme dosage by the alcoholometer. [Result] The density curve of Radix Puerariae juice ascended with the increase of concentration and enzyme dosage and equilibration time in the alcohol, and the density can near to 1.000 0. But The density curve of Flos Puerariae juice decreased at the same condition. [Conclusion] Radix Puerariae and Flos Puerariae have the effects of anti-inebriation, but the effects of Radix Puerariae is obviously better than Flos Puerariae. The mechanism is that the solutions of Radix Puerariae or Flos Puerariae form the preservative in the stomach to decompose alcohol with the effects of anti-inebriation enzyme, so it has the effects of protecting liver.
