提出发动机用内啮合机制齿形链的设计方法并进行了试验研究,该设计方法阐述了内啮合齿形链的啮合特性和啮合设计,且运用实例对内啮合齿形链和链轮的主要技术参数进行了计算.试验结果表明,该内啮合齿形链的设计方法是科学的、切实可行的,其耐磨性能明显优于普通外啮合齿形链.该设计方法的应用可以从根本上提高发动机用齿形链的高速传动性能.试验研究表明,在交变载荷作用下,内啮合齿形链的主要磨损机制为疲劳磨损,并伴有磨粒磨损.

The design and testing method of new internal mashing silent chain for engine are proposed. The design method illustrates the feature of internal mashing and its design of internal mashing silent chain and the calculation of main parameter of internal mashing chain and relative sprocket. The example of such calculation is also provided. The testing result confirmed the feasibility of the design and its weariness is superior to outer mashing silent chain. The application of this design can improve high-speed power transmission of the engine with silent chains. The testing also illustrates that the weariness of the chain under alternate load is fatigue weariness with few grain-abrasion.
