干细胞抗原1 (Sca-1) 是干细胞的一种重要表面标记物,体内许多干细胞都表达Sca-1.同样,心肌干细胞也表达Sca-1.目前研究发现,Sca-1~+心肌干细胞能够分化为心肌细胞,对心肌梗死后心室重构与心肌再生具有明显作用,能够促进心脏的修复.因此,Sca-1~+心肌干细胞有可能使心肌梗死的临床治疗取得实质性的进展.现综述了Sca-1~+心肌干细胞的来源、分化、作用等方面.
榦細胞抗原1 (Sca-1) 是榦細胞的一種重要錶麵標記物,體內許多榦細胞都錶達Sca-1.同樣,心肌榦細胞也錶達Sca-1.目前研究髮現,Sca-1~+心肌榦細胞能夠分化為心肌細胞,對心肌梗死後心室重構與心肌再生具有明顯作用,能夠促進心髒的脩複.因此,Sca-1~+心肌榦細胞有可能使心肌梗死的臨床治療取得實質性的進展.現綜述瞭Sca-1~+心肌榦細胞的來源、分化、作用等方麵.

Stem cell antigen-1 (Sca-1) is an important surface marker for stem cells;cardiac myocytes, and other somatic stem cells express Sca-1. Recently, a number of reports have suggested that Sca-1~+ cardiac stem cells were capable of differentiating into cardiac myocytes, which were significantly contributing to post myocardial infarction (post-MI) left ventricular remodeling and myocardium regeneration, and which could promote cardiac repair. Accordingly, Sca-1~+ cardiac stem cells might lead to clinically useful therapies for myocardial infarction. This paper reviews research done on the differentiation and role of Sca-1~+ cardiac stem cells.
