采用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH-20,从火麻仁70%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到6个化合物.经理化鉴定和波谱方法鉴定方法确定为CannabsinA(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、正二十四烷酸(4)、甘露醇(5)、棕榈酸(6).
採用硅膠柱色譜和葡聚糖凝膠LH-20,從火痳仁70%乙醇提取物的氯倣和乙痠乙酯萃取部位分離得到6箇化閤物.經理化鑒定和波譜方法鑒定方法確定為CannabsinA(1)、β-穀甾醇(2)、鬍蘿蔔苷(3)、正二十四烷痠(4)、甘露醇(5)、棕櫚痠(6).

The constituents of the EtoAc and CHCl_3 soluble fraction of 70% ethanol extract of Fruits of Cannabis Sativa L. Were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. They were identified by physico-chemical and spectral data as cannabsin A(l) , β-sitosterol(2), daucosterol (3) ,isoselachoceric acid(4) ,mannitol(5) and hexadecanoic acid(6). 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
