通过在铝硅合金中添加稀土元素,促进固液两相区的固相-α相的球化生长,以满足半固态成型技术对半固态坯料的要求.稀土元索在α相界面前沿的偏聚改变了α相生长的热力学条件,使α相的生长趋于均匀化,提高了α相球化效果,同时阻碍了α相的生长,细化了晶粒.在ZL101加人稀土元素后,使合金中的α相得到了球化,球化效果与稀土的加入量有关,当稀土加入量为0.50%时为最佳,稀土元素还能细化α相的晶粒.
